Job Summary

AEG Global Partnerships is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. As a Partnership Activation Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting sponsorship activations for corporate assets, managing designated team and venue partnerships, and coordinating key division events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Servicing:
    • Manage day-to-day maintenance and fulfillment of partnership agreements for Los Angeles Galaxy and Dignity Health Sports Park.
    • Develop and execute new promotional concepts to provide maximum return on investment for partners.
    • Prepare partnership recaps for teams, events, and venues in a timely manner.
  • Administration:
    • Maintain databases and reports as assigned by the Corporate Network Asset Team.
    • Prepare internal production notes for the Global Partnership, including event details and send to activating partners and arena personnel.
Requirements
  • BS Degree (4-year)
  • 2-4 years related work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Strong relationship-building and people skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
