Position Summary

  • Accountable for managing daily billing operations related to warehouse, transportation, and yard fees.
  • Generate and distribute invoices to clients while ensuring compliance with all customer specifications for accurate billing, as well as capturing and processing all billable charges promptly.
  • Tasked with maintaining accounting records through the issuance of invoices, processing of payments, updating balances, and managing customer data.
