Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling guest inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service
    • Warmly greet guests at check-in and check-out, creating a positive and memorable experience.
    • Process guest payments and reservations, and go the extra mile to deliver exceptional service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
    • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly, ensuring their satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Maintain accurate guest registration records and room assignments, guaranteeing smooth hotel operations.
    • Promote and upsell hotel rooms and amenities confidently, exceeding revenue targets through persuasive communication.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Contribute to a friendly and supportive team environment, fostering collaboration and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience
    • Previous customer service experience is essential, with hotel front desk experience being a plus.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Problem-Solving and Multitasking
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Computer Skills
    • Proficiency in computer skills, including proficiency in hotel management systems.
  • Language Skills
    • Fluency in multiple languages, such as Spanish and English, is a plus.
