Job Description

As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Your primary duties will include responding to dispatched assignments, installing, picking up, dropping off, or maintaining desktop computer hardware and peripherals at our customer repair facility.

You will work closely with our IT team to ensure that all technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Your strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Install, pick up, drop off, or maintain desktop computer hardware and peripherals at our customer repair facility.
  • Work closely with our IT team to ensure that all technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and SLA measurements.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Macintosh and PC computer systems and related Windows operating systems.
  • Knowledge of Laser and/or Solid Ink Printer operation and repair.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a changing environment.
  • Multi-tasking skills and a sound technical background.
