Assembled is revolutionizing customer support by building a platform that empowers teams to deliver exceptional experiences. We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team and help us achieve this vision.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers over Slack and providing top-notch support to help them succeed with our product. You'll be a product expert, learning Assembled's product intimately and helping customers and team members do the same.

Responsibilities:

  • Delight our customers by creating great experiences and building trust and strong relationships.
  • Be a product expert and help customers and team members learn about Assembled's product.
  • Resolve issues by investigating new, thorny problems and partnering with engineering to fix them.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to drive product development.
  • Improve how we operate by helping us scale our support systems and processes.

About You:

We're looking for a natural relationship builder who can collaborate effectively with people from all walks of life. You should have strong technical and troubleshooting skills, persistence and resourcefulness, and a strong writer who can communicate clearly and concisely. You should also have a growth mindset, be open to feedback, and be a team player.
