Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Member Experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, live chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot technical issues with Oura Ring and other products
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and other support resources
- Participate in process improvements and contribute to the development of new support tools and processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role
- Experience working with wearables or other consumer hardware/software products
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
