Job Summary

Adams Outdoor Advertising, a leading outdoor advertising company, is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive financial and operational excellence across its markets. As a strategic partner to General Managers, this role will play a critical part in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with General Managers to develop and implement market strategies, driving financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular market reviews, analyzing rate and occupancy data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain rolling 90-day projections, working closely with General Managers and other market leaders.
  • Assist in evaluating new contracts and identifying performing and non-performing units, providing recommendations to General Managers.
  • Work with the Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Controller, and Head of FP&A to develop and maintain reports on key operational metrics, including yield management reports.
  • Review staffing and expense levels to maximize efficiency and profitability, generating capital expense requests and new build pro forma calculations as needed.
  • Oversee the budget process for each market, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Verify market payroll preview files for accuracy and compliance, reviewing department-level expenses and generating variance analysis.
  • Participate in monthly income statement reviews with market and corporate staff, coordinating with corporate staff to maintain accurate system data.
  • Provide direction to local market staff on defined procedures and data entry, performing other functions as requested by General Managers.
Requirements
  • Four-year degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Five years' experience in operational management, financial, or analytical roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial reports and data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to regional markets (25% travel).
