Expertise in managing high-value transactions is crucial.

A considerable portion of our sales exceeds $3,500, and successful candidates must excel in finalizing significant Paid-in-Full agreements and negotiating monthly contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:
Actively seek out sales opportunities and consistently achieve or surpass sales goals.

Contract Expertise: 70% of sales are targeted above $3,000, and proficiency in closing these deals is essential.

Customer Interaction:
Approach every customer engagement with enthusiasm and confidence, delivering personalized service and fostering strong relationships.

Product Expertise:
Stay updated on our offerings, leveraging your knowledge to provide customized solutions to clients.

Closing Skills:
Exhibit outstanding closing abilities, ensuring customer satisfaction with every transaction.

Teamwork:
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve store objectives and cultivate a positive work atmosphere.

Flexibility:
Adapt swiftly to evolving sales strategies and market dynamics to maintain a competitive advantage.

Visual Merchandising:
Contribute to maintaining an attractive and organized sales environment that captivates and engages customers.

Qualifications:


Demonstrated experience in door-to-door sales, high-ticket retail sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

A competitive mindset and an unwavering drive to succeed.

Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think on your feet.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Proven history of selling contracts and large Paid-in-Full transactions.
