Job Summary:

The Timepiece Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and sales expertise to customers in the luxury timepiece and jewelry market. This role requires a strong passion for timepieces and jewelry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confidently present product to clients, incorporating storytelling and technical detail to create a memorable experience.
  • Build and maintain a clientele through relationship building and effective use of company CRM platform.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge on luxury brands, collections, and pieces carried in the showroom, as well as general industry knowledge.
  • Maintain a professional attitude at all times and conduct business with integrity.
  • Comply with all company guidelines, policies, and procedures as outlined in company publications.
  • Offer assistance and build effective working relationships with team members.
  • Turn clients over to another member of the team as required to best serve the client's needs.
  • Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
  • Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines.
  • Independently use all company systems, hardware, and software required in the performance of duties and responsibilities.
  • Complete relevant administrative responsibilities and tasks that support the Client Experience.
  • Take in and deliver client repairs as required.
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year retail sales experience
  • Excellent storytelling ability
  • Passion for timepieces and/or jewelry
  • Excellent client service and selling skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literate (MS Office)

Working Conditions:

  • Required to stand up for long periods of time
  • May be required to lift packages/boxes
  • Schedule flexibility and availability required to accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends
