We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Chicago Bolingbrook. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of sales to achieve revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Provide sales support and guidance to the sales team to ensure successful sales outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
