Job Title: Associate and Customer Ambassador

At PeopleReady, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate and Customer Ambassador to join our team. As an Associate and Customer Ambassador, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction by building strong relationships with our customers, candidates, and associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedules to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Use order reports to determine roles and markets for job fairs and generation activities.
  • Accountable for fill rate and revenue targets directly tied to activities completed.
  • KPIs include candidate volume, onboarding rate, dispatch rate, and revenue generation specific to Ambassador activities.
  • Organize and lead PPE distribution efforts for clients and associates, tracking distribution and usage for cost reduction and budgeting.
  • As needed, build and administer associate drug tests events, managing need, setup, and tracking effectiveness.
  • Determine, set up, and manage on-site client orientation as required.
  • Subject matter expert for clients and associates on JobStack.
  • Determine and manage onboarding activities to support customers and associates, tracking and planning actions to increase usage.
  • Consistently supports company values of integrity and respect through actions and commitment.
  • Drive revenue through consistent customer contact, increasing total share of wallet opportunities within the market.
  • Partner with Market Manager, Branch Manager, and Sales Rep to contribute to and improve role effectiveness through metric tracking.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in meeting KPIs and metrics.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Leadership experience with ability to be an independent thinker, with a proven track record of strategic agility.
  • Experience with current technology, including internet, social media, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Power BI.
Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in the staffing industry, with a focus on increasing fill rates, recruiting, and customer engagement.
  • Valid driver's license, registered vehicle, and vehicle insurance.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $68,301 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and Tuition Reimbursement, among others.
