Job Title: Server Ambassador

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Server Ambassador to join our team at Gaucho Parrilla Argentina. As a Server Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests promptly, introducing yourself and making them feel at ease.
  • Answer questions about menu items, policies, and procedures, providing suggestions and recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Verify IDs for the permissible sale of alcohol and assist with satisfying dietary restrictions or preferences.
  • Communicate with the Chef for special circumstances and take orders accurately, placing them into the POS system correctly.
  • Deliver food and beverage orders promptly, following up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guests' checks and process payments efficiently.
  • Thank guests and offer well wishes upon departure, ensuring they leave with a positive impression of our brand.
