Job Summary

We are seeking an entry-level Business Development Representative to join our Digital Sales Center in Liberty Lake, WA. As a BDR, you will be responsible for executing high-volume inbound lead qualification and sales motions, utilizing prospecting and go-to-market tools to identify and qualify customers efficiently. You will partner with Marketing to provide feedback on lead generation campaigns and deliver a strong first impression to set the foundation for long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute high-volume inbound lead qualification and sales motions
  • Meet and exceed weekly activity goals (calls, emails, MQL engagement SLAs)
  • Utilize prospecting and go-to-market tools to identify and qualify customers
  • Partner with Marketing to provide feedback on lead generation campaigns
  • Deliver a strong first impression to set the foundation for long-term customer relationships
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Growth mindset, eager to learn, compete, and start a sales career
