Job Summary

The Director, Business Development will be based in Austin, TX, and reporting to the Sr. Director of Business Development. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying new customers, developing relationships, and achieving pipeline and bookings results according to assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new strategic alliances within the Communication, Enterprise, and Cloud Space
  • Analyze and understand customer business strategies, technology roadmaps, and future product plans
  • Align Flex resources to successfully differentiate Flex and close new business opportunities
  • Assist current accounts in developing and executing product roadmaps

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, finance, or business management
  • 8+ years of progressively advancing account management and/or business development experience
  • Experience working with Enterprise, Server, or Cloud customers
  • Ability to work with internal teams and executive management as well as external customers
