Hours: M-F, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (with flexibility for special recruiting needs or client emergencies)

SelecSource is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to fuel our growth in the Light Industrial sector. Based in our Pooler office, you'll have the opportunity to build partnerships, expand our reach, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovate & Grow: Identify new opportunities to expand our client base and establish strong business relationships.
  • Be the Face of SelecSource: Drive outreach efforts through emails, calls, and face-to-face meetings with potential clients across Middle and Southern Georgia.
  • Seal the Deal: Work closely with clients to craft and close proposals, ensuring all agreements align with their needs.
  • Report & Strategize: Deliver weekly insights on outreach activities and develop strategies to retain and grow our existing client base.
  • Travel & Explore: Enjoy the flexibility of traveling (25-50%) within Georgia, with a focus on the Middle and Southeast regions.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years in Business Development (bonus if it's in Light Industrial Staffing)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build lasting relationships
  • Proven success in crafting and executing business development strategies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within Georgia
