Position: School-Based Speech Language Pathologist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough speech and language evaluations for students.
  • Create and execute tailored therapy programs to meet individual student needs.
  • Conduct therapy sessions aimed at improving students' communication abilities.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other specialists to foster student development.
  • Keep precise records and documentation of therapy activities.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of a valid state license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience in a school environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
