Wafer Fabrication Etch Processes Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wafer Fabrication Section Lead for Etch Processes to join our semiconductor foundry engineering leadership team within the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMSD) Department.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of skilled process engineers to fabricate advanced microelectronic devices in accordance with various technology roadmaps in support of Raytheon business pursuits.
- Direct and manage the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance wafer foundry dry etch and wet etch chemical processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities and implement changes to improve process yields.
- Develop and manage project schedules and costs, and facilitate the effective allocation of team resources to support the oversight of the foundry processes.
- Work with the department manager to develop and deliver employee performance reviews, and develop/review proposals.
- Support management at the department, directorate, and functional leadership levels.
- Typically a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior work experience OR a Master's in STEM and 7 years of prior work experience OR a PhD in STEM and 4 years of prior work experience.
- Experience in semiconductor processing or process integration.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- A Master's degree or PhD in a Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) Field.
- Experience working with GaAs and/or GaN semiconductor processes.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process control and related SPC software.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Customer focus and collaboration skills.
- Project scheduling and management experience.
- Cost Account Manager experience and/or Task Leadership experience.
- Previous experience with a defense contractor and/or government agency.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
