Job Overview

Position: Technician V - Tier 2

Location: Onsite

Contract Duration: 24 Months

Compensation: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour

We are seeking a skilled Technician V - Tier 2 to support one of our esteemed clients in the Fortune 500 sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret technical schematics, printouts, and specifications to execute tests effectively.
  • Assess the operational capabilities of various functional areas within technical systems.
  • Regularly calibrate and validate testing instruments to ensure accuracy.
  • Engage in troubleshooting and debugging of both new and existing processes, equipment, and products.
  • Design and implement new testing programs and procedures to integrate emerging technologies.
  • Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards throughout all testing activities.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and enhance testing methodologies.


Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a comparable position.
  • Strong proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • Expertise in utilizing and calibrating a variety of testing instruments.
  • Proven ability to diagnose technical issues and recommend viable solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to function independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in developing and executing testing procedures for new technologies.
  • Relevant certifications in testing or quality assurance.
