The Quality team is on the lookout for a versatile individual to assist with Bots functioning in the field, support engineering initiatives, and engage in problem-solving activities.

The Senior Process Engineer role will collaborate with various engineering disciplines (electrical, mechanical, and software), alongside quality assurance, supply chain, manufacturing, and site operations. The ideal candidate will possess a natural curiosity, be skilled in analyzing and resolving issues, and be capable of guiding diverse teams through problem-solving processes.

This role demands a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is committed to their work and their team's success, able to carry out responsibilities with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in troubleshooting Bots in the field. Analyze Bot failures, support corrective measures, and document observed trends.
  • Facilitate process controls and issue tracking for Bot diagnostics and repair operations.
  • Execute queries on Bot log databases to identify patterns and assist in root cause analysis.
  • Create dashboards and reports utilizing tools such as PowerBI.
  • Collaborate with all major disciplines to ensure alignment between departmental needs and compliance with product and process standards.
  • Lead investigations that yield root cause analyses and corrective actions through data analysis, reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Coordinate efforts of individuals and teams during investigations.
  • Conduct reliability and statistical analyses.
  • Perform feasibility and optimization studies for proposed technical strategies.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements in products and processes for cost reduction, quality enhancement, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Present process concept proposals and execute approved processes.
  • Develop and document processes by analyzing requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and validating based on business needs.
  • Compile product and process reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Strong electro-mechanical skills with extensive experience in manufacturing and quality assurance.
  • Proficient in ADX database queries and data analytics tools such as PowerBI.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, while efficiently utilizing limited resources.
  • Relevant experience in product development, commercialization, and compliance strategies.
  • Ability to interpret technical engineering drawings and Bills of Materials.
  • Effectively influence team decisions and product design requirements.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in solving complex issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong project management abilities, including developing and managing project plans, establishing priorities, meeting deadlines, and overseeing multiple projects at various stages.
  • Possess additional skills in business acumen, team facilitation, adaptability, independent thinking, and accountability for execution.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • B.S. or M.S. degree in systems, automation, software, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
