About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Enterprise Sales team at Workday. As a key player in our Field Sales organization, you will be responsible for driving new customer growth and revenue through strategic account planning, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territories.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results. You will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies, building strong relationships with customers and prospects, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-level executives. If you have a strong understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry and are able to effectively position Workday solutions within accounts, we want to hear from you.

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in a field sales position. You will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-level executives and will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry.

You will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies, building strong relationships with customers and prospects, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
