- Deliver to the assigned revenue and margin objectives
Requirements
- Must be able to speak and write fluently in English
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills (high EQ)
- Innovative and creative thinking (need fresh thinking)

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent plus related specialized coursework and at least 1 year of successful fresh produce wholesale or retail sales or related management experience
- Proficient skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and common e-mail systems
Compensation: $65,000 /Year + Commission Program
