Job Description

This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the flooring industry, and the ability to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Sales Management Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and target potential customers, including contractors, builders, retailers, and distributors.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts and clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly visit clients to gather feedback and understand their needs and preferences.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
