Customer Care Representative Seasonal (Full Time)

This is a seasonal, full-time position at Zumiez, a leading retailer of action sports apparel and footwear. As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in communicating with customers via phone, email, and other forms of communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and return phone calls and emails to assist customers with questions and issues.
  • Review orders for accuracy and potential fraud.
  • Manage exceptions to orders, including backorders and international orders.
  • Upsell products and services.
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
  • Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff if needed.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Must be able to sit and be on the computer for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and communicate effectively.

This is a seasonal position, employed from late October/early November until January 15th, 2025. Opportunities for permanent employment after the peak season may be available, based on current positions open and the applicant's personal performance during the peak season.
