Job Description
  • Grow revenue in assigned markets by securing new clients and growing share-of-wallet revenue within existing accounts
  • Actively engage with clients to evaluate their needs for repair and maintenance work
  • Foster strong client relationships based on trust and respect
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service
  • Manage and resolve client issues or complaints
