Sales Role

PFLITSCH USA is a leading manufacturer of cable routing solutions, and we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our sales team. With a focus on delivering sales targets and associated KPI's in the Northeastern United States, this role requires a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in the electro mechanical industry, preferably in the components related industry sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in technical product sales, with expertise in cable entry systems, cord grip/cable glands, cable and wire mesh tray systems. A competitive estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum is offered, along with additional benefits such as remote work opportunities and international company background.

As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively generating sales in respective market territory
  • Aquisition of new customers and projects
  • Development of turnover with existing customers
  • Transformation of existing sales market into own sales channel
  • Aquisition of new distribution partners for cooperation
  • Analysis of markets, branches and competitors, as well as future potentials in the market
  • Orientiation and controlling of market activities according to sales strategies and budget goals
  • Communication between enterprise and market / between market and enterprise including the product management
  • Initiation and handling of technical demands
  • Attending and organizing PFLITSCH fairs
  • Planning and coordinating Marketing Activities – together with German HQ
  • Participating in internal projects, where requested
