Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Vape Masters. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers in the vape industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Account Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings, including new and existing vape products, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in the vape industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong analytical and time management skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
