We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Safran. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our ERP system
- Partner with the Integrated Project Team to ensure customer orders are processed correctly
- Validate entered order information by checking against customer purchase orders
- Maintain a Purchase Order (PO) entry tracker to provide visibility to the Contracts and Accounting teams
- Review aging report weekly and provide updates to the Accounts Receivable department regarding past dues accounts
- Coordinate order and shipping related matters with production, planning, shipping, and responsible stakeholders
- Coordinate customer complaint handling in cooperation with the department manager
- Educate internal customers and departments on customer characteristics to improve sales and profitability
