Role Overview:
As a Community Engagement Support Specialist, you will provide essential support and companionship to adults with developmental disabilities. Your role will involve facilitating community activities, outings, and events that promote social interaction and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Foster meaningful connections with individuals, encouraging their participation in community activities.
2. Assist participants in achieving developmental goals, including budgeting, nutrition, and exercise.
3. Support outings and activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
4. Work collaboratively with a team to provide the highest quality of care and support.

Work Schedule:
Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities are available. Shifts typically occur in the late afternoons and evenings on weekdays, with daytime availability on weekends required.

Compensation:
Competitive pay ranging from $16.40 to $19.10 per hour, along with mileage reimbursement for vehicle use during outings.
