About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Sales Representative to join our team at Daikin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify sales opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Daikin's HVAC products and services, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including developing and executing sales strategies and plans.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain existing customer relationships, including providing regular communication and support.
  • Problem Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, including sales data and market trends.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6+ years of progressive sales and customer service experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the HVAC industry.
  • Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent, with some college preferred.
  • Certifications: HVAC certification preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and management.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
