Cool Today is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily field operations, employee training, retention, recruiting, safety, and vendor meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a culture focused on employee growth and development, exceeding HVAC department revenue goals, and ensuring operational excellence through processes and accountability.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Provide weekly one-on-one coaching with service technicians on KPI performance, train your team on a weekly basis, and drive tech-generated leads to sales and other departments.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate a high level of customer service and satisfaction, monitoring and controlling call backs and warranties.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to build business in the private sector, as well as the public sector, with experience and knowledge of HVAC and process systems for residential and commercial dwellings.
  • Communication: Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth, with the ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
