Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for meeting new clients, working on prospective business deals, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with new clients to discuss their pest control needs and provide solutions
  • Work with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct home evaluations to assess pest control needs and provide recommendations
  • Use sales skills to offer solutions, recommend services, and explain benefits to clients
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
  • Physical ability to be on feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
  • Customer service experience
  • Proven sales ability
  • Basic math skills
