  • Discount Guidelines: Follow discount guidelines without exception.
  • Customer Requests: Respond to all customer requests in a timely fashion.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain an organized and efficient methodology for facilitating customer and internal communications.
Requirements
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrate closing skills and prior attendance at formal sales training courses is a strong plus.
  • Organization Skills: Possess organization skills for proper territory planning and management.
  • Record of Achievement: Demonstrate a record of achievement in prior sales-related positions, creativity is a plus.
  • Verbal and Written Skills: Possess excellent verbal, written, and telephone skills supported by strong interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate ability to work effectively in teams and with all management levels in a dynamic environment.
  • Decision Making: Possess decision-making ability and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Customer Focus: Have a customer-oriented focus with a creative, assertive, and winning attitude.
  • Experience: Possess experience as an Account Executive or Inside Sales Representative.
  • Computer Literacy: Possess computer literacy and ability to multitask and prioritize.
Compensation

Harmar Mobility, LLC offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Salary: $18/hour (based on experience)
  • Quarterly Bonus: Quarterly bonus based on performance ($250-$500 quarterly)
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, life insurance, matching 401(k), vacation, sick time, holiday pay, maternity/paternity leave, gym reimbursement, and wellness program.
