Onboarding and Training (First 90 Days)

  • Your initial 30 days will focus on onboarding, training, and collaboration with our Sales Enablement Team.
  • The subsequent 60 days will involve integrating with your sales team and actively pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Your primary clientele will include Property Managers, Commercial Real Estate Developers, and IT Installers in high-density residential and commercial properties.
    • 80% of your efforts will be dedicated to cultivating a strong pipeline of inbound sales leads.
    • 20% will focus on generating outbound sales leads.
  • You will not be assigned a ramping quota until you complete your training and begin your first sales quarter.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional storytelling abilities.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in product sales (SaaS experience preferred but not mandatory).
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales outcomes rather than merely activities.
  • Collaborative and communicative, eager to learn about the individuals involved in our product's lifecycle.
