Job Overview

**Behavioral Therapist Opportunity**

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for working with our behavioral team to provide support to students with behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the behavioral team to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behavior
  • Provide training and support to staff and parents on behavioral strategies and techniques
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior
  • Work closely with the RBTs to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • **Education and Licensure**
    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst License
  • **Experience**
    • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist
    • Expertise in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and behavioral interventions
    • Experience with data collection, analysis, and program development
    • Experience with Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
