As a Business Development Representative at RecruiterBoom, your primary responsibility is to establish and cultivate relationships with businesses and organizations that can benefit from our temporary staffing services. You will spend most of your time researching potential clients by making introductory calls, visiting work sites, and delivering sales presentations. You will work closely with your team to identify and coach the best candidates for each job opening.
