Membership Sales Representative

As a Membership Sales Advisor at Equinox, you will be responsible for achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service goals. You will work under the management of a General Manager and with the support of a Regional Sales Manager as well as your sales team.
You will be the expert on all the club's amenities, features, and programs, and will be responsible for building lasting relationships with prospective and current members to ensure they are maximizing their Equinox experience.
Responsibilities include selling club memberships and ancillary business packages, prospecting new business and clients, hosting events and workshops for in-club lead generation, and achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service goals.
You will also be responsible for conducting pre-planning activities each month, including strategic outreach, to secure member referrals and build a strong referral base.
Qualifications include previous sales experience, an entrepreneurial spirit, confidence to perform on an incentive-based salary, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a personal passion for health and fitness.
