- Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu ideas and recipes, ensuring that they are innovative, appealing, and meet the needs of our guests.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Guest Satisfaction: Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction, and take action to address any concerns or issues.
