Position Summary:
The Facilities Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of the Corporate Facilities Department. This position provides essential operational support to the Facilities Department for affiliated hospitals. Collaborating closely with the VP of Facilities & Construction, the Coordinator ensures alignment with departmental goals and objectives while assisting administrative team members and department heads from affiliated hospitals in achieving their targets. Effective communication, both written and verbal, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
The Facilities Operations Coordinator will:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Corporate Facilities Department.
  • Support the Facilities Department for affiliated hospitals.
  • Work alongside the VP of Facilities & Construction to meet departmental objectives.
  • Facilitate communication among administrative team members and department heads.

Qualifications:
Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing commercial facilities construction and maintenance operations.
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Preventative Maintenance Systems.

The estimated annual compensation for this role ranges from $66,560.00 to $96,408.00, with the final offer determined by factors including experience, education, and qualifications.
