Role Responsibilities:

The Facilities Operations Coordinator will utilize independent judgment and discretion to oversee the daily functions of the Corporate Facilities Department. This role involves providing operational assistance to the Facilities Department for affiliated hospitals. The Coordinator will collaborate with the VP of Facilities & Construction to ensure alignment with departmental goals and objectives, while also offering support to administrative team members and department heads from affiliated hospitals. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing commercial facilities construction and maintenance operations.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Preventative Maintenance Systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

Prime Healthcare offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package designed to provide employees with the flexibility to customize their benefits according to personal needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and various voluntary benefit options. Benefits may vary based on employment status, such as full-time, part-time, per diem, or temporary. The estimated compensation for this role, which encompasses wages, benefits, and other forms of remuneration, ranges from $66,560.00 to $96,408.00 annually. The specific starting compensation will be determined at the time of hiring, taking into account various factors, including skill set, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
