Position Title: Production Operations Coordinator
Department: Manufacturing
Reports To: Plant Manager
FLSA Status: Non-exempt


Position Summary: Support the Plant Manager in overseeing the complete production workflow, including inventory oversight, scheduling, and machinery upkeep.


Key Responsibilities: The following duties are essential but not limited to:

  • Assist the Plant Manager in supervising all production and assembly line functions along with sanitation processes.
  • Help implement and uphold safety and compliance programs to ensure the facility operates safely in the long term.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily, weekly, and monthly production metrics.
  • Develop production schedules aligned with customer demand.
  • Ensure adherence to all company, state, federal, and international safety regulations and standards as applicable.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
