Job Title: Account Executive Community Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our Community Solutions team as an Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our state-of-the-art products and services to builders and property managers of multi-dwelling unit (MDU) communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell our products and services to MDU customers
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new revenue-generating opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience in cable TV, residential property management, or real estate development
  • Superb communication and contract negotiation skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
