Key Responsibilities:- Generate lead flow by prospecting new sales leads and engaging with existing accounts to prepare them for Sales Managers.
- Manage current accounts by staying in close contact with existing accounts or leads and creating brand awareness, educational opportunities, and requesting referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering calls and emails from clients, identifying issues, and making suggestions for future or new products or services.
- Assist with project management by communicating with multiple teams across the organization and facilitating the follow-through of business development deals.
- Maintain and review KPIs, agreements, and other reports as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration is required.
- 1-2 years of B2B sales admin experience within the consumer goods industry.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls, and sales performance metrics.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Excel, analyzing spreadsheets and charts.
