Job Description:

The Area Manager position is responsible for managing a geographical sales territory in one or more of the following areas: DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Central PA. The successful candidate will ensure that independent and regional account business is developed and budgeted sales and profit objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a geographical sales territory to develop and achieve sales and profit objectives.
  • Regularly call on existing and potential customers to build business and develop new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Effectively manage time and resources to attain results and meet sales targets.
  • Build business through support of company-branded products and services.
  • Manage pricing and monitor credit term compliance.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3-5 years of Restaurant Management experience; 3-5 years of food service sales experience
