Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient specialist to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative. As a key member of our State Farm agency, you will play a vital role in supporting our insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals and expand our customer base.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
- Sales experience preferred, with a focus on outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary and commission/bonus structure.

- Monday-Friday fixed schedule (8:30 am - 5:30 pm).
