Job SummaryWe are seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join our PSA Customer Relations team. As a key member of our operations process, you will work cross-functionally and collaboratively with other departments to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Exercise discretion and sound judgment when engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Operations and other departments to find solutions for customer responses.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers using department protocols.
- Resolve customer queries by clarifying issues, determining causes, and selecting the best solutions.
- Maintain customer accounts by processing adjustments.
- Update department spreadsheets of incoming orders.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate lead or supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- At least 4 years of relevant customer relations experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in Google Workspace systems.
- Knowledgeable in utilizing Salesforce preferred.
- Competitive hourly rate: $20.50.
