Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join our PSA Customer Relations team. As a key member of our operations process, you will work cross-functionally and collaboratively with other departments to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exercise discretion and sound judgment when engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Operations and other departments to find solutions for customer responses.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers using department protocols.
  • Resolve customer queries by clarifying issues, determining causes, and selecting the best solutions.
  • Maintain customer accounts by processing adjustments.
  • Update department spreadsheets of incoming orders.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate lead or supervisor.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • At least 4 years of relevant customer relations experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Google Workspace systems.
  • Knowledgeable in utilizing Salesforce preferred.
