OFFICE COORDINATOR

CCA Global is seeking an Office Coordinator/Sales Support to enhance our operations. If you possess strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, this role is tailored for you. What We Provide:
  • Competitive Hourly Rate: $26 - $30 (commensurate with experience)
  • Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week
    • Standard Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
    • Availability to work two Saturdays each month is required

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage product catalog and pricing for all display areas
  • Process orders, oversee purchase orders and documentation, ensure accuracy, and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate logistics and shipping arrangements for products
  • Engage in sales-related tasks:
    • Deliver exceptional service and assess design requirements
    • Stay informed about the extensive range of products and services
    • Provide sample recommendations
    • Calculate material requirements for projects
    • Prepare project estimates and proposals for client review
    • Conduct quality control throughout project execution
  • Foster strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely product delivery
  • Assist with customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups
  • Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle correspondence
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Support marketing initiatives by preparing promotional materials
  • Generate and follow up on leads
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in an Administrative Assistant, Office Management, Inside Sales, or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to exceeding expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly to the needs of customers and the sales team
  • Strong organizational skills with the flexibility to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or collaboratively within a team
  • Knowledge of the flooring and design industry is a plus (Willing to provide training)
