We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Tufts University. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the Office of Educational Affairs, ensuring the smooth operation of our educational programs.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day activities related to the second-year curriculum, including course syllabi, exams, and small group administration.
- Implement non-standard preclinical curricular courses and programs, including Patient Presentations, Practical Approaches to Wellness, and Healer's Art.
- Provide administrative support for weekly OEA curriculum team meetings and other curricular meetings as needed.
- Coordinate attendance, seating, and proctoring for students with accommodations taking MCQ exams.
- Manage relevant course files and syllabi, including filing and archiving.
- Maintain electronic e-lists for relevant courses and programs.
- Schedule meetings, send reminders, distribute agenda and handouts, arrange A/V, and post finalized minutes to CANVAS.
- Typically a high school diploma/GED and 5+ years of administrative experience OR a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience.
- Higher education, healthcare, or curriculum delivery experience preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with web applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and composure in challenging situations.
