We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving business growth by establishing new accounts and nurturing existing relationships.

About the Opportunity:
  • This is an hourly base plus commission role with uncapped earnings potential, offering a competitive average total compensation range of $50,000-$60,000 in the first year.
  • You will benefit from 8 weeks of paid, intensive inside sales training and ongoing support from a dedicated sales coach and technical experts.
  • A reliable work schedule allows for a great work-life balance, with Monday-Friday hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Eastern time.
Responsibilities:
  1. Prospect and secure new buying accounts/logos daily, developing a strong book of business through outbound cold calling and strategic relationship-building.
  2. Bid farewell to tedious data entry - our streamlined tools enable you to focus on high-level sales conversations and relationship development.
  3. Collaborate with internal partners to provide exceptional customer experiences and maintain long-term business-to-business sales relationships.
Requirements:
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a background in cold-calling and customer relationship development.
  • Proven negotiation skills, combined with excellent communication, listening skills, and customer service abilities.
  • You can thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and successfully working independently.
