About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team at Michael Page. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities within your target market and territory
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to close, including developing and delivering proposals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or recruitment
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
