Senior Project Coordinator – Hospitality Lighting

The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. The Project Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, architects, and contractors, to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately defining customer requirements and ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion.

- Coordinating essential deadlines and project commitments across departments from order receipt through design, manufacturing, quality control, shipping, and installation.

- Effectively engaging with project stakeholders to guarantee well-managed projects.

- Maintaining positive interactions with clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing and resolving customer inquiries to foster relationships for future collaborations.

- Keeping project management tools updated, along with monitoring and tracking project progress.

- Researching and sourcing materials, finishes, and construction techniques.

Key Qualifications include:
- Outstanding project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a high-energy environment.

- Proficient in utilizing diverse communication strategies tailored to various situations, facilitating group consensus, and comfortable engaging with individuals across different backgrounds and organizational levels.

- A dedicated team player with a vibrant work ethic, who takes initiative, is persistent in task completion, and strives to surpass expectations.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement, capable of overseeing every aspect of a project.

- Adaptable to shifting priorities, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with AutoCAD experience considered a significant advantage.

- Willingness to travel occasionally, including evenings or weekends as necessary.

Experience:
Preferred 3-5 years of experience in interior design, architecture, or product design. Previous exposure to the Hospitality, Residential, Resort, and Casino sectors is advantageous.

PMP Certification or a bachelor’s degree in engineering, design, product development, or a related field is preferred.
